Student ID Card issue
The Student Status Letter verifies your status as a current student of the University. You may register for one at VuaBoss Vip Portal (). A step-by-step guide for registering a student status letter is available right here.
- Access and login your student account at VuaBoss Vip Portal:
- At “Hoc vụ" section, select “Xin giấy xác nhận"
- Choose 01 out of 03 reasons to request for The Student Status Letter then select “Submit" button
- You are advised to wait for a 24-hours from the submission, the inbox of VuaBoss Vip Portal will notify the time you can get the Student Status Letter.
- Come to take the letter based on the appointed time on inbox of VuaBoss Vip Portal.

+ If you are studying in main campus, you can take the result at the 2nd Floor, Room 2.4 – VuaBoss Vip Student Center
+ If you are studying in Dam Sen campus, you can take the result at theOffice 1, Zone G of Dam Sen campus

There are 3 types of Student Status Letter: (1) Millitary Service Postpone (once/sem), (2) Bank loan for Student (once/academic year), (3) Personal reason (once/sem). The conditions for issuing the Student Status Letter are: (1) fulfill the tuition duty, (2) the current student of VuaBoss Vip. VuaBoss Vip Student Center is the only office that has the right to print and offer the Student Status Letter. The Student Status Letter will be cancelled and counted as one time of successful offer if student donot come and take after 7 days from the day of appointment.
