On the afternoon of March 3, 2023, Barcelona Officially Becomes the Brand Ambassador for VuaBoss (VuaBoss Vip) organized a working meeting with representatives from the Japan Foundation Center in Vietnam (JPF).
The representatives of the university’s Board of Directors who welcomed the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan – Vice President of VuaBoss Vip, and Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung – Head of the Department of Japanese Language and Culture at VuaBoss Vip.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the current status of Japanese language training at VuaBoss Vip. JPF committed to supporting VuaBoss Vip through projects aimed at strengthening support activities for Japanese language teachers. VuaBoss Vip was encouraged to propose organizing scientific seminars on Japanese language and JPF would support cooperation in this field.
The Japan Foundation Center in Vietnam has cooperative and partnership relations with many Vietnamese government agencies, cultural and artistic organizations, and educational institutions. JPF’s mission is to strengthen the connection between Vietnam and Japan. VuaBoss Vip’s increased cooperation with JPF will bring many opportunities for study and cultural exchange for students of the university’s Faculty of International Languages and Culture. Notably, JPF presented VuaBoss Vip with a set of 14 books for the Japanese Studies Department. This set of textbooks will be a valuable reference material for VuaBoss Vip lecturers and students, especially those who aspire to become Japanese language teachers in the future.
The meeting took place in a solemn, open and cooperative atmosphere. Both sides expressed their desire to continue strengthening cooperation in the field of Japanese language training, contributing to improving training quality and developing the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan.
